Magna
A trilingual product catalogue that answers buyers’ questions before they pick up the phone.
Buyers — window and door makers, builders, shopfitters — could not see Magna’s glass range, thicknesses, formats or specs online, so every question became a phone call to the sales team.
Our role: Design, development, content structure, SEO
Magna sold float, tempered and insulated glass mostly by phone, because buyers could not see the range, thicknesses, formats or specs online. We built a corporate website and product catalogue in Azerbaijani, English and Russian — seven products with full specs, a quote-request form that alerts the sales team, and search-ready structure.
The problem
The product range, thicknesses, formats and specs were not published anywhere online.
Buyers had to call for every question, and the sales team answered the same questions by phone.
There was no way to send a quote request in writing with the details the sales team needs.
What we built
A catalogue of 7 products, each with thicknesses, formats, colours, features, uses, a spec table, FAQ and Product schema.
Services, “Why Magna”, process and industries pages, plus blog articles on tempered glass and choosing insulated glass units.
A quote-request form with bot protection that notifies the sales team by email and Telegram.
Azerbaijani, English and Russian with localised URLs, a sitemap with hreflang, llms.txt and GA4/Yandex Metrica goals — a static Astro site on Cloudflare Workers, auto-deployed from GitHub.
What changed
Buyers can check products, thicknesses, formats and specs on their own, in three languages.
Quote requests arrive in writing, with details, straight to the sales team’s email and Telegram.
Every product page is structured for Google and AI search, and the team can track enquiries as analytics goals.
