Stock contributors spend hours writing titles, descriptions and keywords for every file, then upload to each agency separately. Rastock AI generates the metadata with AI vision models and delivers files to 10+ agencies in one run — 900+ creators onboarded and 1M+ files processed. Accepted into Microsoft for Startups, NVIDIA Inception and AWS Activate.
The problem
Writing a title, description and keyword list for every file by hand takes hours per batch.
Each agency needs its own upload, so the same files are sent again and again.
Rules differ per agency — a keyword that is fine on one can get a file rejected on another.
What we built
AI vision models write a title, description and up to 49 ranked keywords per asset and embed them in the file as IPTC/XMP.
Per-agency rules (banned and mandatory keyword lists), review before delivery and batch rollback.
FTP/SFTP delivery to 10+ agencies — Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Getty Images, iStock, Magnific (formerly Freepik), Alamy, Depositphotos, Dreamstime, Pond5 — with per-destination status.
Chrome, Firefox and Safari extensions fill metadata directly on Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Magnific and Depositphotos.
What changed
Creators upload once and ship to every agency in one run, with a clear status per destination — on a flat monthly subscription from $9, no revenue share.
900+ creators onboarded and 1M+ files processed.
Accepted into Microsoft for Startups, NVIDIA Inception and AWS Activate; an e-commerce module for Etsy/Shopify sellers and a YouTube module are on the roadmap.
