SolidMed
A trilingual clinic website that lets patients choose a treatment and book online, 24/7.
The clinic needed patients who speak Azerbaijani, Russian or English to trust the doctor, understand which treatment fits them and book without a phone call during working hours.
Our role: Design, development, local SEO, CMS
Patients choose a physiotherapy clinic on trust and in their own language, and want to book without calling. We built SolidMed a trust-first website in Azerbaijani, Russian and English: six treatment areas, patient recovery stories, an interactive service guide, online booking and WhatsApp — structured for local search and run by the clinic through a CMS.
The problem
Patients choose a clinic on trust — they need to see the doctor, the approach and real recovery cases before booking.
The clinic’s patients speak Azerbaijani, Russian or English, so every page had to exist in all three.
Booking had to work at any time, not only by phone during working hours.
What we built
Trust architecture: medical director profile, evidence-based approach and documented recovery stories (disc herniation, ACL rehab, cervicogenic headache).
Six service pages built as symptoms → treatment → what to expect, in three languages with hreflang, plus local SEO and Physiotherapy schema.
Online booking and one-tap WhatsApp; an interactive guide where the patient picks a complaint and sees the right service and a booking button.
Sanity CMS so the clinic publishes recovery stories without code; GA4, Clarity and Yandex Metrica for analytics.
What changed
Patients book on their own, 24/7, in their own language.
Every treatment area has its own indexable page with local SEO and medical structured data.
The clinic publishes new recovery stories without touching code.
